You can share your feedback in a way that suits you best:

How We Handle Complaints

We are committed to addressing complaints quickly, fairly, and respectfully.

  1. Acknowledge: We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 1 business day.
  2. Review: Our team will investigate your concern and work to understand the situation.
  3. Respond: You will receive a resolution or update within 5-10 business days.
  4. Follow-Up: We will ensure the outcome meets your expectations and supports continuous improvement.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will work with you to find alternative resolutions, or you can escalate the matter to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at 1800 035 544 or visit their website at ndiscommission.gov.au.
